Torchwood Rift Town, 1901by ~KhairulHisham

Fan Art / Traditional Art / Paintings / Movies & TV

Artwork used for a cover of a mock-up of a penny dreadful published in 1901, based on three characters in a "Doctor Who Adventures In Time and Space" RPG adventure I played last weekend. Rift Town, located at East End of London, is a slum area where tens of thousands of alien refugees that came through the Rift have made their home.

L-R: Kit Murray the street urchin at London's Rift Town, Patricia McLenner the new branch commander of Torchwood Rift Town, and Flo the Judoon, the new Torchwood Warden of Rift Town.
